I think you've been chosen. She might want to have a safe place to have her kittens.

Thanks everyone! Yes she is beautiful and getting more friendly too.. She now lets me pet her a little and plays "headbumpies" against me when I feed her. I tried to pick her up but she got upset at that ; I think I have cat again LOL, I hope so! No-one seems to own her or know who does( Is it possible to "own" a cat) I think maybe she dumped because she is pregnant ...poor baby. I live in a very rural area near to a provincial park so no danger of traffic at least though I wish she would come indoors away from predators before she has her kittens. So now she is ours for all intents and purposes. Once I have got her confidence and after she has her babies I will get her fixed and vaccinated.

Lilith, how is the kitty? Is she still coming by for food?

What a beautiful "welcome home" committee turned out for you.

She certainly looks to me as though she hopes she has found a good home. I hope things continue to go well with her. So long as you keep having barbeques you can't fail to keep her really.

She looks very much like our RB Tomas! Same coloring and markings on the face. He was small, also. Oh, I do hope you get her to come inside and have a safe place to have her kittens. Did I mention she is beautiful?
Proud to be a crazy cat lady!
