Today my daughter and I both had the day off so we spent it together lunch, shopping, movie all girl things. I went into a pet store while she was trying on cloths and came upon the sweetest most beautiful dwarf hammy. White with a black line down his back, he was in a cage with his brothers and sisters all cute babes. I put my hand in to pet several and two screamed, so funny, couldn't help but laugh, up on their hind legs, pressed against the glass paws in the air as if to say "don't shot me"And then there was this one, whom I scopped up and held, he sat in my hand and we looked at each other eye to eye. "Well hello little angle" I said. Calm, curious and cuddley this little guy enjoyed being held and just looked at me as if to say "now what"? I waited for Alicia to finish shopping and showed her the hammy, she agreed with me that this little angel had to come home with us.
Tonight when we came home I cleaned the bun's room and Alicia helped me set up the hammy cage with all the tubes, actually two cages. My little guy will have a huge home. I will pick him up tomorrow after work, now a huge question looms over me.
What should I name my new hammy???
We have had a Cougar, Bailey a Ruby Tuesday and a Penny Lane.
I like staying with the Beatles, Alicia thought Jude might be cute,
Any suggestions? I always give me fur babies people names.

How about Rigby, as in Eleanor Rigby? Although that isn't really a person's first name, I suppose!
