    Mystic Forest! (pics)

A couple of weeks ago when I got my tele lens, I went into the forest to try the new lens. The light was dull and it was rainy, so I had to use a wide aperture and ISO 1600, and the photos turned out somewhat strange. But after a while, I started to like the result, I think it looks like you walked right into a fairytale!

Beautiful pictures. I keep looking for a little gremlin to pop out from behind one of the trees.

You are such a good photographer - what an eye!!

Kirsten, for the life of me I don't know why you don't try to have your photos published. You have such an eye.

Thanks! Yes, our forests here are beautiful, almost magical, but we lost a lot of trees during the past years from storms, and from ecological exploitation. Wood has become an attractive fuel in times of high oil and gas prices.
