    In Winnipeg, everything went well

Better than well. Thanks to great people who helped and were in the right place, the arrears on the repo'd vehicle got paid, ownership and insurance slips put in my name...my friends picked me up at the airport, we left at 3:30, got to the repo place at 10 to 4, and I was on the highway in the vehicle (with its new temporary plate) at 4:00 pm.

Saw the ex...his doc is putting him on disability; Urgent Care git him in to see a shrink next week...I could tell by his describing his behaviour that he DOES have a clue about his actions, cause this was nothing I told hm.

Driving back starting Saturday morning. No snow in the forecast so far!

Thanks to everyone who commented, prayed, etc.

Glad it's all gone well so far. Please drive back carefully. It's a long drive. I've only done it once, many years ago I drove there/back to visit my grandparents. I was born in Winnipeg.

    Oh, not cool.

Too bad I didn't check PT sooner! We could have hooked up!

Staying here Monday and Tuesday - my former boss decided not to buy. A contact I have here in Winnipeg will see if he can line up a couple of interested people. Worth a try - then I can just fly home!

I wanna be home NOW! But soon enough.

The ex had the gall to ask if I wanted company on the drive to Calgary. Some people do SO not get it!

    HUGS to everyone.

I feel so weird...I still don't feel like I am really here...and I used to live here. I hate feeling "unreal."

    Will be home soon!
