got my shot today!

RI has just started clinics at the schools. Too late, 2 girls died in the past 6 days. One 11 years, one just turned 12. Different schools, different towns, they didn't know one another. Neither had any medical issues. So sad.

Most of our schools are at 20% absent rates.

Neither Dad nor I are high on the list for this vaccine. Seems it came around twice before, 1969 and 1981 or 2. So we are considered to have some immunity.

But both of us ARE signed up to get the shot, if and when it is available.
