I'm disabled now, but for 38 years I worked as a groundskeeper on a golf course. If you include caddying, I've worked at Longue Vue Club for 47 years. A LONG time!

Currently I am a full time security guard at a wood drying facility. They use the wood for furniture I'm told lol. I'm going to start school to be a paralegal this term . Security isn't exactly a glamor career lol.

Presently: Customer Service Manager for an industrial plastics company (20+ Years, but not all in that position)
Previously: Customer Service, File Manager, Fotohut clerk (anyone remember them?), small deli/grocery cashier, building supply store cashier, seafood market supervisor (these are not in order, just as they come to me)...I think that's it!

Funny, I asked this same question to the PT group that gathered at my house this summer; I want to see if Puckstop signs on with the same answer he gave there!

I volunteer at the animal shelter and love it. I have for almost 4 years. I worked there for a year and a half but didn't get the permanent position because I don't have my driver's license.

But I may be getting to work there paid (I don't care about the money the animals are my priority!!! ) so we'll see how that goes.

In 2006 - I was a bell ringer for the holidays for the Salvatian army never again. and before that I worked at Burger King when I was 16-17. I hated that job. I do better with animals.

    Current:
IT Professional - Technical Support Analyst for the past 23 years

    Past jobs:
Office assistant at an Advertising Agency for 4 years

    Various office jobs before that.
Have been working since High School Grad - 1970 which, I'm sure, is way before most of you were born.
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand and strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming WOO HOO - What a Ride!
