"Environment specified is invalid"
Short version - I have fought with this problem for several days. Spooler is all better, .dll put back in....
Now I go to install the printer - the computer DOES recognize it - and then I get the message above.
I have Googled and tried what is suggested. A printer repair guy I know said driver for this printer is hosted...uninstall, reinstall from HP site, NOT CDROM, and THEN plug printer in when told to.
Will also borrow laptop (waiting for the AC Adapter for mine to be returned) and make sure it is NOT the printer itself).
Just checking here to see if anyone has any other ideas?
Thanks.
