Bring your pet to Thursday's, Thursday #322!

I am continuing the Blueberry blowout here with an invitation to bring your pet to the bar!

Of course we have always welcome the little ones here, But I thought that a special day to have them come in and share the week was something that needed to happen!

More blueberries for everyone and a little moment for Mario, out by the placard?

Pinot would love to come to the bar....and meet everyone of course!

This DOES NOT mean we can't have cocktails! One of her favorite things to do is, when I put the ice cubes in the sink after finishing a cocktail, she licks them. Not for water, not soda, not juice, only after a cocktail!

So, she'll have the ice from Meowmie's drink (which will make some of you gag, but..), Vodka and Diet 7up; and anything with butter on it!

Oh yeah, the Fur Posse on booze. I can't even imagine. Coco Puff is goofy enough. So I guess a Pink Squirrel is out then?
    Blessings,
    Mary

Myndi is pretty bashful around strangers so I don't think she would like it much. Sparky however, would be right in the middle of everyone's business, and of course wanting to sample everything that's being served. I don't know that I could deal with a pickled pup!

IT all depends! I was going to make a fishhead soup for the kittehs and hoomans!

    LOL,
I love pig's feet and wings! We are all carnivores here!

For cocktails we are having "The hair of the dog that bit you!"

Sit down Phred, Let's gnaw on some pig knuckles before the crowd shows up!
    DONE!

    PM,

Pinot sure has a discriminating tongue?

    Vodka and Diet 7up? DONE!

The butter has to go on something else?

    DONE!

    Mary,

    Pink Squirrel recipe

    1 oz creme de noyaux
1 tbsp white creme de cacao
    1 tbsp light cream

Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

    Creme de noyaux
A red, almond flavored liqueur made from fruit stones, and sometimes made with peach or apricot pits
. Don't they get cyanide from the pits!

It's the Mad Dog 20/20 we have to worry about!

    DONE!

I'll ask if Morgan would like to join me. And since he was named for Captain Morgan Rum, from the Garth Brooks' song "Two Pina Coladas", I'll have one of them. Although I don't like coconut or rum! (And I looked all over that stupid character map for the correct "n" and couldn't find it! I apologize to the Spanish speaking individuals here.)

I don't have a pet at the moment, thankfully Lady is usually here at Thursday's, and as she's my doggie niece, I am sure she counts!

And I will share my blueberry cake with her.

Hey, everyone! Here's the debut of Marigold at Thursdays! She's somewhat shy at first, but once over that she'll rub up against anyones legs like a pro! I'll have a big cup of coffee with some Bailey's in it.

Mitzi's pretty shy, but if you wave a fresh grilled chicken breast in her direction, she'll be your friend for a good long while, or as long as you're willing to feed her A nice cold bowl of freshly filtered water for the little one and an iced tea for her mom and we're good

Rocky and I are coming. I told him he better be on his best behavior
or he will get kicked out.

Rocky would like some beef or turky jerky.
