    Happy 3rd birthday, Kirkie!

    Kirk's third birthday was yesterday. Unfortunately, I have been pretty ill and we weren't able to celebrate too much. He did get some presents. I gave him two new Fat Cat toys...a crinkly raccoon and a tug toy. My boyfriend got him a Hyperdog ball launcher.
    Today we had a half day of school due to a blizzard. Kirk has really enjoyed playing in the deep snow! He runs in big circles and figure 8s like a maniac! I'd say he's adjusted pretty well for being born and raised in Hawaii.

    Here are some pictures from today in my snow-filled backyard....

    The white stuff is almost up to his elbows!


    He kept laying down (brr!) and chewing on the few sticks that poked above the snow...Nice face there, Kirk!

    You need to frame that last picture!! I get that EXACT same look from Boomer when he feels he's being put out in some way!!! Kirk is beautiful!!!
