Call me crazy, kittens are cute, but there is just something so special about a senior cat!!! And Lady Zoe, that is you!!! What great stories your servant can tell!!! If Zoe has suddenly begun to howl, maybe at her next vet visit, have her hearing checked.

Darling Zoe, what a beautiful girl you are, and how sensible to be moving around all the various sources of heat in this winter weather! Clever girl.

My Samantha has found her voice in the last year as well, after years and years of silence! She is more of a salmon girl than a king prawn fan though.

I hope you are having a wonderful time as Cat of the Day. It is a great honour, so make sure that you are properly spoiled and simply showered with prawns! Congratulations.

Zoe, I am still chuckling, having read how you have, in your more mature years, learned to get a 4 AM cuddle! Isn't it marvelous, what human slaves will do for their nobility?

There's no kitty more worthy of the title Cat of the Day than a gorgeous seasoned citizen such as you, precious Zoe!!! If I couldn't be the first to congratulate you on your big day sweetheart, I'll settle for being (perhaps!) the last! What a heaven sent blessing you have been to your family these many, many years! Heartfelt thanks to your dear Mom for hanging in there during your early days, when things looked bleak! No doubt her love, support and unwavering dedication to pulling you through made all the difference in the world! And if a stately elder such as yourself is not permitted an early morning howl or two, who is? Of course we all know you're just testing your Mom, and of course she is loathe not to be respond to "she who must be obeyed!" (A fan of Rumpole? Me too!)
