    32 year old horse banned from small Nebraska town

    It wasn't mentioned why there is such an ordinance but Peter Rabbit the horse has until Sept. 15 to get outa Dodge.

    I saw this on t.v. I feel so bad for the owner and the horse. The man's had the horse since it was born on that farm.
