    Keeping cool

We had 6 consecutive days of 90 degrees or higher. One night, the low was 75! So the a/c has been running around the clock.

Lacey found it necessary to air out the caboose:

Mostly, the dogs stayed on the floor, didn't bother gettin gup on the furniture where they normally sit.

Sugar ALWAYS rearranges things so that she has a chin rest.

And Marlin wants to say hello to everyone:

    That's all!

Your pups look like they're too pooped to woop! That hot weather will do it. They're all adorable, nice pics.

I love this picture. Though I am not sure who is in the middle, it made me smile to think that they wanted to be with the others, bed or no bed!

We have had the same weather. Hopefully a "cool front" will move through around midnight and tomorrow we will be out of the 90's for the first time in a week. We keep the a/c on 24/7 also but it is on a warmer setback temp during the night. Apparently it is too warm for the dogs' liking because they have stopped sleeping on the Big Bed. Ripley comes back up again though early in the morning when the temperature switches over to the cooler setting.

They are all so cute. The picture Pam reposted is sweet. Who is that in the middle? Also, who is that on the Milk Bone bed? I just love the expression on her face in that picture. Lacey, sweetie, you go ahead and keep cool any way you can. And Marlin, mwah, hello.

Sugar, BOTH TIMES! In the photo Pam reposted, from left to right, Lacey, Sugar (no bed), Ozzy.

Thanks everyone for the lovely comments. Marlin got his kiss!
