Hey PT'ers..New York was amazing! I will be posting the pics up once I get home. They aren't up yet because after NY I was busy with college stuff, and then I got my wisdom teeth out. I'm still suffering from that, but it was better than I thought it would be. On Thursday I drove my family to Wisconsin to be with our family. We will be returning on Sunday.
Now is time for the really bad news...My cousin has been fighting cancer for the longest time. It started out with breast cancer, and she defeated it! Unfortunately she was having back pains about 6 months afterwards. They found out she had a tumor around her spine and spinal cord. This cancer was very aggressive. Well, she was doing awesome! Then things got worse. She started running a fever, so they had to stop chemo treatment. A few weeks later, we found out her liver was cancerous. As they watched it, she had hundreds upon hundreds of tumors on her liver. It was beginning to shut down. They got it back to functioning normal for about a day. We were so happy that one day! Unfortunately about three days ago, it shut down completely. Now, today, she passed away. This woman was 35 years old with three very sad and lonely kids with an equally sad and lonely husband. Please, keep my cousin (the father) Todd and his son Mikhail, and his two daughters Mercedes and Hattie in your prayers. This is a very difficult time and they will need all the prayers possible. Thank you PT'ers..
