When I open the front door...

When I open the front door, I find a very sad looking Cookie laying on the floor. Her eyes are so very sad, that I feel so bad for leaving her alone for those 30 minutes that I was gone. She won't get up immediately, but walk slowly towards me with her head between her paws. My guilt feelings are by then reaching a high.

I always thought that she was just laying there all the time till I would come home and it really broke my heart. So, what did we do? We had a video running while we were out. And guess what happened?

Cookie slept on the sofa (not allowed), heard us opening the gate, ran to the corridor, lay down and waited like I described. Such an actress!

    He!He!He! That is hilarious.

When Roxey was staying with me, she wouldn't get on the bed when I was there at first. But when I was gone and would come back, the covers on my bed would be all messed up. Cute lil girl.

Naughty Cookie! She surely knows what look to put on. - no guilt in that look at all?

    Kinda makes you wonder.....

My 2 do the same thing. We know something is wrong when we walk in the door and both are in their kennels. It may take us days to figure it out, but they punish themselves.

    LOOC, that is sooooo hilarious!!

Kinda reminds me of Tina... On her older days she isn't so fast anymore, so when I lock up the door and get up I can hear a "thud" and then she comes running towards me and if I go and feel on my bed, it's still warm. Geeee, I wonder where she was

AWWWWWW I felt so sad for Cookie at the beginning of the story and was laughing out loud at the end of it. She is a great actress!!!

Mine are allowed on the couch so I guess they don't need to pretend they weren't on it. Actually Dixie prefers the floor and Dusty has to have his own pillow on the couch!

If I find Kia in her crate on her own accord, 9 time out of 10 usually means she's done something wrong. And it's always accompanied with the most guilty look ever... Then I can't help but laugh.

Cookie, you are such a clever dog and so devious too! It seems that a lot of other Pet Talkers furry kids are also!
My Bob? Nah, he`s not bright enough and beside there is only my bed he has access too and he never wants to get on there....I think...thats what it seems like...hmmm, I wonder...
