I am so sorry for your loss. I guess I'm just stunned by this loss, I'm at a total loss for words. RIP Mario.

Mario certainly had won the hearts of many here at Pet Talk, but that doesn't even begin to compare to the place he had in your heart and life. Sometimes I think that nothing can be worse than seeing a pet decline in health, but then I think of what it would be like to be confronted with an event such as yours and that is hard to wrap my mind around as well. I am so sorry for your loss and your pain.

I would sometimes pop in and lurk on Thursdays. I always had a laugh reading about Mario, even though I never even realized what kind of pet he was.
I am so sorry to hear about your loss. And to not know why he had to go makes it much more difficult.
RIP Mario, you will be missed by many.

Trayi, I'm sorry that Mario has passed on - what a shock!

I hope it will be a comfort that he went quick and didn't suffer long, but of course it's harder on you. Please take care and try to think of the good times you had together. My thoughts are with you in this sad time.

    Rest in Peace. Mario!

I'm so very sorry It would have been horrible to have to find him like that. I hope he didn't suffer. He sure brought some fun to the Thursday threads. Dear Mario, may you have all the cherries you want at the RB. Your mama will miss you terribly.

There are some pictures in Thursdays of Mario. They are really good pictures.
You are right, Anna, I just can't keep the tears from coming. They just flow all the time. I keep seeing him. Honest to God, he looked like a small human, just harrier with a tail.

Thanks for all the well wishes.

Oh Willie I'm so sorry that you lost Mario so suddenly.

It's so hard when you don't get a chance to say goodbye.
I wish I could take the hurt away.

Play free now Mario with all the PT RB pets that have passed before you, I think it's safe to say that the PT section at the bridge now offically has a mascot.

Momo, I couldn't have said it better.

    RIP sweet boy.
    More {{{hugs}}} Willie.
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand and strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming WOO HOO - What a Ride!
