    New Camera Few NEW Pics!

    I finally got my camera,

At first it was so complatced and some of it still is but I'm getting there lol.

The flash is very confusing so I try not to use it.

These are some photos I took with it today (The tree top did not turn out too clear), enjoy.

    It's a canon Canon S3IS.

Those photos I took are really bad because the compresion thing was on super fine.

Plus I did not really know how to use camera at all.

Now I'm very good at it after reading 32 printed pages of information.

I'll have better photos up when I really get into the photography.

    Thanks tho lol.

Super Fine is actually the best image quality... the file size will be larger but the quality is best! So if you're getting bad quality on super fine, your ISO may be too high and your images may be grainy because of low-light, but it shouldn't be because of super fine, it's the best.

I have the S3 too. What is it you find confusing about the flash? It just pops up with a flick of your finger, and if it's on automatic it will pop up by itself when needed. There is an flash compensation setting to increase or decrease the power of the flash and that is accessed from the 'FUNC' button. If I knew what you were having problems with I might be able to help since I have that camera also.
