Update on Iris

She's still hanging in there. She doesn't move a lot, and the tumor has grown quite considerably. In the last week it has gone from a cherry tomato to a golf ball size. You can now see it, which has only been true for the last two days. Suspicious lumps on front shoulder (smaller) are also growing at the same rate. She is still managing to eat and drink, however. It does seem that it's dreaded lymphoma.

The vet must have known that any surgery would be like pouring gas on a fire...the cancer could just roar through her.

It sounds like it is anyway.

Does she have pain meds? Prednisone?
