    Happy Birthday Chipper!

    Has it been a year already??

    Wow! Chipper is 3 years old today. He's making busy work of a special treat right now.

    A year ago, we went to an expo and there was this little dog staring Andy down. We just couldn't say no.

    Happy Birthday to my little licking miracle man!



















    Chipper, we nearly lost you so soon after getting you, but I'm so happy you are still with us. Here's to many more years!

    Happy birthday sweet Chipper boy! He has such a gentle and handsome face. You have really been through a lot with him already. I can certainly relate to the emotional roller coaster of adopting and falling in love, and then dealing with an illness where you fear you might lose them. I'm so happy he's a part of your family and I bet you just can't imagine life without him now! Give him plenty of scritchies and hugs from me

    Chipper you will always be a little bit extra special - having been that we came so close to losing you. We held our breath a lot back then. Happy Birthday and Happy Gotcha Day too. Looks like you have adjusted well to the life of leisure.

    Thanks all!

    So far for his birthday he's stepped in dog poop, pooped inside, chased the cat, and stolen treats from Kia. It's a good thing it's his birthday.


    And there will definitely be no Thanksgiving table scraps for him. No way. We're not going to risk a repeat of last year. We're still paying off the vet bill. *laughs*
