My grandmother's cat Charlie ate a lizard the other day. She say the cat with the lizard and was unable to catch him before he ate it. The cat began to go bonkers a short time later, running about, hopping etc at a fast pace. Then the cat laid down and acted drunk. She took him to the vet an the vet said that certain lizrds have a chemical that cats ingest when they eat lizards. The cat was on a bit of a "high" and would be fine. Has anyone else heard of this before?
