    Dog saves Woman

WOW... I just heard an interesting story on the radio...

A woman in Maryland (I think that's where they said it was) Started choking on a piece of apple. She tried to do the Heimlich on herself but was unsuccessful. Her Golden Retriever Jumped up on her knocking her to the ground and began jumping up and down on her chest. Eventually the apple dislodged and she spit it out.

WOW.... Amazing how that dog did that. How do they know these things.

R.I.P my dear Sweet Teddy. You will be missed forever. We love you.

I read somewhere that the dog's owner said he was performing the Heimlich maneuver on her.

The first thing I thought of was.....Hmmmm.....I wonder how the dog learned the Heimlich? Did he see it on tv?

Even though I was chuckling at the thought of the dog doing the HM, I seriously think that doggie did a great thing by saving his owner. He's a very smart fella. Good job buddy!!

I did the right thing by setting you free
But the pain is very deep.
If only I could turn back time, forever, you I'd keep.
    I miss you

I hear you whimper in your sleep
I gently pet you and say, no bad dreams
It will be alright, to my dog as dark as night.

How I wish I could hold you near.
Turn back time to make it so.
Hug you close and never let go.
