    Possibly an early arrival.../UPDATE!!

Sorry I haven't had time to update... but here it is!
Madison went into the hospital on Thursday because of severe headaches and sweating. She was kept so the could induce labor. She had the inducing stuff drip into her blood, but after 3 days, nothing happened. She was having contractions but she coulden't feel them. They took her to have a C-section last night. All went well! Layla's imbilacle (sp?) cord was wrapped around her neck three times ... so good thing they decided on the C-section. She was 5 lbs 11 oz and 20 inches long! She's got a head full of red hair. I took a couple pictures of her today so you could all see this little miracle!
(Excuse me in the pic.. haha I look awful)

BTW her original due date was February 19th.

    __________________________________________________ ___________________
My cousin's girlfriend, Madison, and him (Joel) are having a baby girl, Layla! Her due date is February 19, but Madison has toxemia. I do not know much about it, except it can turn into help syndrom (sp?) within a matter of hours which can be life threatening. Madison will find out Wednesday, or earlier if nessecary, whether she will have to have induced labor or can wait until February. Chances are the baby will be born this week. I'll keep you all updated.

Thank you all. My aunt told me this morning that last night Joel called and took Madison to the ER. She had a high fever and was weak. They sent her home, she's going back to the docter on Wednesday.

Thank you!! She and Madison are doing well, they might be coming home on Thursday. Madison's pretty restless and is still feeling a bit out of it, but otherwise alright.

What a precious baby girl! I'm so happy that everyone is doing well. I pray that Madison continues to do well and gets her strength back soon so she can enjoy her new bundle of joy!
