    Thank You so much for the Happy Birthday wishes I had a nice quiet day yesterday and watched a couple old enlglish movies on TV with Mike.I played with the cats a few times in between.It was really nice because I just saw a pain specialist a couple days ago and already he has me on the right trac with the right excersises to do every morning.So this has been a great Birthday this year because I finally found an intelligent pain specialist(A neourologist) to help me live life happy to it's fullist.It's a great feeling to have someone so smart believe in you so it makes it easy to believe in him.
