On Saturday I will be boarding a litle Netherland Dwarf Rabbit. I am so excitted as next to Lop dwarfs they are my favorite breeds.

I was looking at some in the petshop and thinking how cute they are.

    bunny breeds!

Seeing as I only have one bun, he would probably want me to say that his breed, dwarf mix, is my favorite breed.

If I cover his ears, though, I would have to say that I think minilops are cuter:-)

Then again, all bunnies are so fascinating to me, it's hard to choose!

    Good luck with the boarding!

I'm partial to my Neatherland Lops....and they aren't mini's, they weigh about 6 lbs each. They are characters... But in the fur category I would have to vote for the Rex. Chocolate has absolutely gorgeous fur.

I know little to nothing about rabbits but I go to the State Fair every year and go see the ones that are there for the shows. There is one type that is all fuzzy and fluffy and looks just like it could be a stuffed animal...They are always white and are fairly large I think. Does anyone know what type they are?
If not,the State Fair is in August and I'll be sure to check....

UPDATE: Ok, I'm a dummy! I found it! It's an angora. I thought so but I wasn't sure...

Do people keep angoras as pets? DO I live a sheltered life? Sorry bunny-people! I just dont' know much about them!!

I don't know anyone who owns an angora, but I am sure there are people out there who do. The are hard work as you have to grom them a lot to keep their furr looking nice.

My favorite bun is of course the Netherland dwarf
Could I ever opt for something different???

(I haven't got a clue what kind of bunny it is... I know nothing about them.
No... that's a lie. I know one of those Belgian giants: Vlaamse Reus.)

I will take a pic of Ricky the netherland dwarf and show you, they are the cutest little things! They are very tiny rabbits, like the size of a small guinea pig.

Dwarf breeds, dutch, and lops strike my fancy. Hehehe. But I do have a Californian, but her feet, tail, nose, and ears aren't getting darker like thier supposed to. They're getting lighter in color. So, she might not be a Californian.
