yes your picture needs to be on a website that allows photo sharing. I am unsure of what the names of the sites are.
Also you can post a picture by going down to the bottom where it says BROWSE and add one in that way

There is a post around here somewhere with a tutorial on how to post images. I personally own a domain name, but some people put their images up at the free 'photo stations'.

Right click on the picture you want to post and scroll down to PROPERTIES. Then copy the address URL and paste it into the Reply box. Don't forget to add the [IMG] before the URL and [/ IMG] after it. Or Just click the IMG button and past the address of the picture. Voila! Your picture will appear!
