Just a question can these birds be taught to speak and whats there life span?

I see so many of them for sale but Im not shur if I should get one or not.

Svante thanks everybody for all the nice compliments!

He his a very vivid little parrotlet and they can be tought to speak, Svante can for example say, (in swedísh of course) Hallo, Hallo Owe (our cockatiel), God day and he can do kissing sounds and a lot of other parrotletsounds.

They can be a little aggressive sometimes and give you some acupuncture...
they are big in the mind but small in the body...

clever fellow...i taught my budgie(deceased) to speak italian..they are quick on the pick up..before you know it, they are repeating what you taught them!!
