This is terriable.. Amateurs committ murder thinking they are smarter than experienced police and if it was his wife, she should have known she would be the first suspect.

Poor guy.
I hope they find out the whole story and someone is held accountable.
Oh my gosh what a tragedy! How is your boss holding up? So sad Any new info on the wife? Has she confessed or anything yet?

That's just so sad Denise - I'll keep your boss and Jar's family in my thoughts and prayers.
So tragic. Prayers for his family and your boss.

Awful story, isn't it? I saw that the Sunday paper carried a report of the latest findings when I got home this morning. Is your boss still out there helping out?
No, he flew home on Saturday. Don't think it has actually sunk it yet although he was there when the body was discovered and everything. Without David's intervention I doubt Kate would have gone back to Gambia and the truth would never have come out - he is our hero.Originally Posted by Killearn Kitties
Getting quite a few calls here from journalists etc but have all closed ranks to try to get through this as sensitively as possible. Poor, poor Jar - he was a nice old fellow
