    One more sun picture

As close as we get to a sunset this time of year! Taken at about 1am this morning.

Very cool Tamara. I think it would take me a good bit of time to get used to sunset at 1am.

I think we would expire from the heat if we had to wait until 1:00AM for sunset here in summer!

Tamara ~ Don't you just love the looooooooooooong sunsets? I never get tired of them.

The first time I went to Hawaii, I made reservations for dinner at a fancy-schmancy restaurant right on the beach. I triple checked to make sure that we would be there for sunset. I imagined a wonderful evening with Bobcat watching the sun set over the water. The waiter seated us and we gazed out to sea. The clouds were all lit up as the sun began to set.
BLIP! The sun had set! I couldn't believe it. It lasted maybe 3 minutes!

Especially in the summer when the sun pops right back up! September and March are my favorite months--lots of light and long, lingering sunsets in both months.
