Does your Pet Predict Adverse Weather Conditions?

So far 56% of responders say Yes or Sometimes.
Can we have some examples please?
    It's NO for Freckles!

Sometimes snuggles does. You know just get a little jumpy. Mainly it is from looking out the window so much she has learned what a storm looks like lol! I don't know of any that have actually predicted one though.

Nope, none of my guys have.
Well, Ethan gives us a heads up when thunderstorms are coming, but thats only about 10 minutes before they are actually here. He's terrified of them, and I suppose he hears them before we do... so he runs around the house like mad trying to find his safe spot.

Tango knows way ahead of time when a thunder storm is coming. She'll usually start shaking approximately 4 hours before hand. The others probably know, but they don't care abut the weather.

I don't think mine have a clue. As long as Mom is there, everything must be alright. And hey Mom, get us a treat while you're up.

Regular thunderstorms and such, no, they're too use to them.

But Murph and Maddie did let me know about a wingdinger of storm coming once. I had put them outside while I was painting my bedroom. They were always good about staying outside, no whining to come in. Well all of a sudden, they just went nutz to come in the house. Barking, whining and frantically scratching on the door.

I opened the door to see what was going on and they flew past me into the house. I couldn't see or hear anything unusual outside, but I figured if they wanted in that badly, there must be something, so I didn't put them back outside. Within about 5 mins or so, we got bombarded with golf ball size hail. The racket was incredibly loud, so I'm sure they must have heard it miles away and knew they didn't want to be outside in it. MOM!, Let us in the big house where it's safe.
