Dog Found, Upper Sandusky Ohio NEED HELP!!!

I am from Upper Sandusky, Ohio and I found an adorable pup walking down mainstreet Upper, weaving traffic. It a boy he looks to be between 1 & 3 yrs old, I believe he looks like a golden retreiver mix. He had a blue collar on, with no tags. I have him at my parents right now, because I have no place to keep him. They said if I don't find a home for him by this evening that they are going to take him to the kill shelter. What should I do?

Post flyers, and call Animal Control, the police, and every vet in town to see if anyone has reported a missing dog!

Can you take him to a vet of Humane Society and check for a microchip?

If your paprents to to take him somewhere, maybe they can take him to a HUmane Society instead of Dog Warden? The one in Findlay seems pretty good (although maybe less chance of owner's finding him if he is further away)

did you call the Humane Society or the dog warden here in town?
WCHS will keep lost dogs and post them in the paper that they have found dogs that are this color/breed etc.
wish I could be of more help since I am local
