I do not have cancer. BUT they want to remove the mass anyway, my doctor is scheduling me with a surgeon.
Thanks everyone for your well wishes and good thoughts thru the last 5 weeks.

Wonderful! You must have felt light-headed with relief. I know when I come out of the doctor's with an all-clear, I feel about 10 years younger and as though I have springs under my shoes. Can you give yourself a little treat to celebrate? I do, but then I'm always looking for an excuse to treat myself.
Let us know when the surgery is scheduled so we can write in and wish you luck. Do you know how long you will be in the hospital?
Oh Gayle, I am so glad to hear that it is not cancer. Will keep you in my thoughts until the surgery and recovery is complete.
Oh Gayle, thats wonderful news!!! You'll continue to be in my thoughts, hoping that the surgery is uneventful. hugs
Soar high & free my sweet fur angels. I love you Nanook & Raustyk... forever & ever.
Whew. Thank God and what a relief this must be for you. Prayers continuing until the sir jury is over.
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand and strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming WOO HOO - What a Ride!

Terrific news! Best to have it out anyway - that way there will be nothing there to worry about. Good luck with the surgery (it's a simple procedure; been there, done that, proudly wear the scars).
Great news. I am so happy for you.

Great news. Now go out and CELEBRATE!
I'm sorry you have to undergo the surgery, but it will be better than to have any regrets later. The news of the biopsy results is fantastic. That concern had to be so stressful.
