you get your avatars off another website. you don't make them. when I was younger I used to love neopets, that's how I know. That's also why you can "only make animated ones."

its called lisa doll maker its some weird program that my grandma bought from the threft store for me and i use my other program to make the avatars (i put the dolls into the ave)

and i tried singing up butit made me choose the one account that cost money and me and her have been sharing it for months i have all her passwords and she has mine

Hmmmm... Interesting.. Just did a search online, and I couldn't find any program that's called "Lisa Doll Maker".... Nor did I find ANY doll making software (unless she used a paper doll making software to make animations somehow?! LOL)..
