    Delta's Thank You ad

Many people helped us in our efforts to find Delta, including lots that we don't know how to contact. I shoved his poster at everyone I ran into on the trails and no one ever refused to take one. This seemed like the simpliest way to let everyone know he's home. It's in tonight's local paper.

The blurred out part is just the last name of the couple who's house Delta was hanging around, where I finally caught him. The pic is almost a year old, but it's my favorite of him.

That's just remarkable and makes me feel choked up all over again. I hope you don't mind but I saved a copy of it to my favorites folder. I will never forget the Delta saga, and its absolutely beautiful conclusion that epitomizes the true meaning of love and determination. Better than any Disney movie that's for sure.

What a nice gesture! Very thoughtful of you, and this just might give hope to another person whose dog may be lost, too. I get a big grin every time I think about Delta being home again, what a happy happy ending to his saga. ((((hugs)))) to you all!

I couldn't have said it better.

THREE CHEERS for Garth & Nancy, as well as everyone else who kept eyes open for Delta!!

As others have already said, this is such a nice gesture. We post many lost dog and cat ads at the vet clinic, and only once have I seen a follow-up posted where a pet was found. Unfortunately, I would imagine for those who do not find their pet there is no closure. However, I distinctly remember how nice it felt to read some good news on that board. I guess what I am trying to say is that many people will probably be touched by your ad, even if they hadn't heard anything about Delta, because it is the kind of good news we need to read about in an often drear world. LOL, okay enough rambling from me...

Many thanks to Roxyluvsme13 & k9krazee for my great new siggy!!
