eating flies

ziggy my 6 month old kitten is a fast one! she catches, then eats, flies.

there must be a window cracked or something but i have no idea where they are coming from...
anyway, i think it's gross. can't be bad for her, right?

I doubt it's harmful - one of my dogs does the same. And the cats catch crickets and eat them. I know when they've been prowling the house at night and finding and eating them since they leave the cricket legs on the kitchen floor!! Guess they're just in search of some extra protien for their diet!
