    lol sounds normal to me too or instead of acually laughing at somthing you say "LOL" or it feels weird to not use emotcons in you essays for school... hehe

    I love that rolly eye icon and there are soooo many times that I wish I had it. Like when I'm writing emails to friends, or ICQ'ing or even talking on the phone.

    this is soooo true I was at a theme park last week and the woman on front of me in the line up said some smart ass remark and I almost said LOL....

    I use internet shorthand in normal conversations. I was playing on X-box live the other day and got blown up and I said over the mic "W-T-H"

    They were all "Umm did you just say that?!"

    oops, I wish I had the eyrolly emoticon there :-P
