    Tiny woolly jerseys for penguins

Here is a link to a story about Australian penguins receiving tiny woolly jerseys.

"They (the penguins) are not very happy about them, but they cover them from neck to ankle which stops them preening themselves and ingesting poisonous oil,"

I'll look for a longer story with better photos.

Do any of you knit? They still need more little penguin sweaters! I'd love to help, but my knitting skills are, well, less than stellar. (Okay, I ruin the yarn.) But imagine - you can make little penguin sweaters! And help save their lives, from being affected by the nasty oil spills we humans have caused.
