*Photos* Orca Whales & other Northwest wildlife

My aunt and her boyfriend who live in Las Vegas have been visiting the last few days. Thursday was my parents anniversary so I got the day off work and the five of us took a boat from Bellingham, WA, through the San Juan Islands, to Victoria, BC. We were lucky enough to see one of the San Juan's resident orca pods. They were so beautiful! Here's some pics, I'll post some other pics from the trip in another post. (If you want to see even more there's an album HERE)

Thanks for the compliments everyone! We also saw at least 6 or 7 porpoise, but they were so quick it was nearly impossible to get a photo of them

You were in Victoria and didn't tell me!!!!!!!!!!!! That whale your dad posed with is outside a store that is literally a block away from my work.. did you go inside The Bay Centre at all? (Used to be called Eaton's Centre). I was working on Thursday.. you should have come seen our museum

The reason's the Canadian flags were all at half mast was in respect of the victims on Sept 11.. just in case you were wondering

    Great pics, too!!
