Maybe once you are through the big move, life will be sttled enough and a new furkid will enter your life.

I'll never say never, but it's highly unlikely that I'll ever take on the role of "Mom" again. I'm going to settle for "Aunt". There are 3 dogs in residence where I'm settling in - 2 big older dogs and a 3 or 4 year old Pug named Scooter - who is WAY too chunky. He's a sweet and loveable guy and doesn't have the typical SDS (snore-drool-snort) traits of most Pugs - at least I didn't observe that in him when I met him in May - he might surprise me tho. Auntie Ellie plans to get him on a serious diet and exercise program when she gets there - he'll probably end up hating me for it too!

Actually he'll likely love you for the exercise, and resist the diet part with every ounce of his puggy body! They have been known to work those big brown eyes like experts!

Thank you so much. It was one month yesterday that she went to RB, but it seems like she's been gone forever. I miss those 2 little Fuzzbuttz something fierce. I hate the quiet of the house since they have been gone.
