    =================================================

    CLARA ~
    Pick up an OHIO State Map at the Info Booth
    on I-90 when you cross into Ohio!

    And ADD these details to the above post -
    suggest you print both the previous post and this one.

    23. Turn RIGHT onto OH-568. (0.50 miles)
    . . (You'll be headed WEST towards the City of Findlay)

    24. Turn LEFT onto TOWNSHIP HIGHWAY 241. (0.16 miles)
    . . There's a "Hancock Parks / Riverbend" sign here;
    . . and you can see an "Antique, Rickety Bridge" that you'll cross over.
    . . Cross the Bridge and you come to a STOP sign at Township Rd 208.

    25. Turn LEFT onto TOWNSHIP HIGHWAY 208. (0.63 miles)
    . . See "Riverbend Rec Area" sign as soon as you turn Left onto Twp Rd 208
    . . Drive past a "Ranger Station" on your left and the road will force you
    . . to turn 90 degrees right.... slow down!

    26. Turn RIGHT into the FIRST Driveway / Entrance to "the Lodge" -
    . . a New & Fancy Pavilion/Meeting Building that sits close to the road.

    "Our PT Headquarters" Pavilion # 7 is the First Shelter you'll be looking
    at as you enter the parking lot.
    There are also small, yellow signs for the Dog Park.

    NOTE: to see & Print a Detailed map of the Findlay & Dog Park vicinity...

    Start with www.MapQuest.com
    *click* "MAPS"
    Enter this location in each box:
    Address = [ Township Road 207 AND Township Road 208 ]
    City = [ Findlay ]
    State = [ OH ]
    Zip can be left blank

    You'll get a SUPER Zoomed-in map showing a corner of the Findlay
    Reservoir (Looks like a Square, Blue, Lake) with the "Lacation Star"
    about 1/4 mile south of wher the Dog Park actually IS.
    The Dog Park is about where the [208] box is on this map.

    ZOOM - OUT 1 step at a time to see slightly larger areas..
    Twp Rd 241 is labeled if you get the Zoom & Centering "just right".

    Pay Attention to the MapQuest MILEAGE at each step

    If you "ask" any of the "Natives" for help - you're going to
    the Hancock County Park District's "RiverBEND Recreation Area" -
    "east" and a touch "south-east" of Findlay (and in Marion Township).
    Another Landmark is the "Big Findlay Reservior".

    Unhappy We won't be making it tomorrow

    Don't know if any of you who are going have seen it, but HERE is the reason why.

    I'm going to miss you all terribly. I wish everyone could just come to our house (I really need some comfort from all my friends and their furkids). We have a big yard and even a "time out" pen for anyone who gets out of line And of course I have lot of doggie treats and the hamburgers all ready in the fridge (but Debbie will be picking them up so you all don't go hungry...hope you like them!).

    Have a great day guys and keep us in your prayers.

    Huney, Bon & Simba-missed so very much

    I hope no one minds, but I have decided to go and keep my dear friend Anna company tomorrow. Tori and I have decided to go and cheer up Auntie Anna! We know she is worried about Angus and feeling a bit bummed about missing the dog park meeting so we are headed her way and hoping to ease her mind a bit.

    I hope everyone understands. I will miss you all and hope you have a great time. Please give all the pups a hug from me and hopefully we will catch you all at the next get together.

    We love ya, Anna and will see you tomorrow.......Robin and Tori

    Bark Park

    This was my first time at the Bark Park and I took a few pictures when I first arrived and then just got so caught up in the visiting that I forgot all about my camera Hopefully Kay and some others did much better but I will get ya'll started by posted the few I DID take
    When we first arrived, we were greeted by THIS guy - I asked "are you Phred??" and he answered "I dunno"

    But he was with these two cuties that I recognized as Cinder and Smoke

    This was my contribution to the food table - being the ONLY cat person there - I thought it was appropriate They were all good sports and ate it too

    more coming...

    Here's Gabbiegirl but I sorta chopped of Gabbie

    Here's the only picture I remembered to take before I got to yakking and eating!!

    If I remember the folks I met - this is Clara, Snoopy on the table, some ladies I can't remember Diana, Staci, and Keegan grabbing the shadiest spot in the park

    I think PT folks are some of the nicest folks on the planet. On the way, we stopped to visit with Anna and Mark and met Huney and Roxey - also met up with Kay and her dad, Ken and the adorable Kiara. Kay and Ken were going to head back to Anna & Mark's with "doggie bags" of food for them and Robin who spent her day keeping Anna company.
    ~Enjoy~ Sorry I did not take more but this should whet your appetite for what will follow

    We are home now too and I will see what I can do to get some pictures uploaded. We were some of the last to leave, about 8:30. Staci was leaving the same time we were and Phred still had to put his things in the car, but was heading out too.

    As usual, it was a fun day for all...lots of playing, and stealing treats for the dogs, and good food and converstion for the humans. I think everyone went home happy, tired and full
