    I need everyone's help.

Keeping the masses informed about the Games is going to be a huge task. During the 2004 Games we were able to pull them off with the help of some VERY TALENTED people who donated their time and expertise with Photoshop and other things.

A shout out to Kirsten, who came up with the original thread and was able to put together the team photos!!!

Anyone who would like to volunteer some time to put together the team photos, do some reporting and/or scheduling, It would be appreciated!

Because of all the disciplines in the '04 games - some sports and competitors were overlooked! In order to keep order and make sure that every Cat-petitor has their "golden moment" captured for the thread, suggestions for events will close on January 10, 2006!

That way we can figure out the competition schedule and the medal ceremonies..

Thanks! The International Feline Games Committee appreciates your interest!

But we still have time to post pictures for the events, right? Or do all pictures have to be posted by tomorrow? (You're just asking for event suggestions by tomorrow, that's all?)

I tried finding this thread the other day.

My trio would like to enter for synchronised treats

Allen and Pouncer have a chance (I hope) at winning the synchronised sleeping event -- just look at that nose to nose move!

and most certainly Abby and Pouncer would be strong contenders for championship hissing!

Pouncer would like to know if there is a computer balancing competition? Here he is completeing the tricky "back side out" move

And surely there must be a unusual balance competiton! Here is Pouncer again balancing upon a box of Dunkin Donuts (the unofficial sponsors of the cat-olympics????)

Harry would like to enter the limber sleeping competiton

Harry also has a partner for this competiton in case doubles qualify

Boy do I have some impressive athletes in my home!

The deadline for getting a discipline into the games ends tomorrow night at
    12 midnight PST!

    The qualifiers end on 1/15/2006!

The Olympic village will open on 2/1/2006!

And the OFFICIAL GAMES begin on 2/10/2006!

    Any cat-thlete can participate.

Pictures aren't necessary, but photos do add to the spectacle.

    ----------------------------

I stll need some artistic soul out there to design the medals!

I do have one person who has offered their skills to do the team photos!

    I can't pay much, about 25 cents a day....

But remember, it's for the cats!!

He he, that is EXACTLY what I was about to post . Good thing that I read ALL the posts before replying

I have a question too. Once that all disciplines are decided, may we choose where we want to enter our cats? I know that when I will see the list, I will find more events suitable for my trio
