It feels great to have her home. She must be tired of me checking in on her every couple of hours. She gives me a look as if saying "Seriously, mum? I'm fine! Go get a life!"

I think the blood at the bottom is from her scraping her stitches while getting into her litterbox. I have since switched her litter to a shallow pan, and she hasn't bled any since. And yes, she was sutured back together. She is still very bruised, but it looks much better today.

It certainly does! I bet you and I have been through a lot of the same emotions these past few days. I had been thinking of you and Roxey. I'm glad that her surgery went well, too!
And yes, I am so glad my sister works there. It helped put my mind at ease knowing that she was so close to Jillian in case something happened.
