Very Sad Day Since Friday

We called all the local vets and visited both surrounding shelters. No sign of Balls. We walked out with Whispers to see if she would take us to him, but that was not the case.

I guess all we can do is keep re-checking and keep searching and hope he shows up safe and sound. It has been since Friday with no food or water.

My dad said that a few weeks back he heard Balls crying and when he attempted to pick him up, Balls became very angry and cried more. It sounds like the same episode that happened on Friday when he escaped. My Dad said that within an hour later, he was perfectly fine.

That has given me some hope for the fact that maybe he isn't in pain, and can find his way back safely. Maybe he is trying to play hard to get, thinking he is cool for getting back outdoors. Positive thoughts help!

Oh Gosh Kufan, your thread has me in tears just thinking about your poor furbaby out there in pain.

Have you searched everywhere you can think of that a cat can hide in.

People's garages, under their balconies, in a shed.

Oh I am praying big time, that your precious Balls comes back home safe and sound.

It has been a week and a day and sadly there is no sign of Balls. We have looked everywhere that we possibly can. Talked to many neighbors, called the vets, the shelters, the police, etc... No sign of him.

I can officially say that I have lost all hope of ever seeing my precious Balls again.

That is so sad, and I am soooo sorry

Maybe a miracle will happen? Balls might just come back home. My cat, (one that I had , a long time ago) went missing, for a whole month.

Then, one day, while I was backing out of our drive-way, I saw him, walking down our road!!!!!

Balls just might come back on his own. And, I pray for your sake that he does!!!!

I just wanted to post an update and let you all know that Balls never did come back. After much searching, phone calls and everything we can possibly do there has been no sign of him.

I think it is safe to say that Balls is not coming back again.
