Thread: RIP Sweet Callie Ann...

Donna, you really want me to come over there, don't ya? Your daughter's cat was her responsibility. You're not a vet. Yes, you have cats but you also have a job and have to take care of yourself. If she was that worried about Callie, she should've checked w/her vet, not w/you, and her vet would've told her the appropriate action to take. Guilt is self inflicted. Don't do it to yourself. You have nothing to feel guilty about. I sometimes fall into that trap about Puddy, wondering if I could've done more for her, even though I know deep in my heart that I did everything possible to keep her not just alive but comfortable. You would've done the same thing for Callie if you had known how seriously ill she was but you couldn't know because you weren't there to see her. "Time and unforeseen occurrence befall us all", girlfriend.
    Blessings,
    Mary

    I'm so sorry.

Donna, this is not your fault. Mary is right, your daughter's cat was her responsibility and you should not be carrying all this guilt.

Rest in Peace sweet Callie Ann.
