I have never tried 7-Up cake, so I can't say for sure if they are similar or not. Here is a link to a copy of the recipe. Mum got it out of a Paula Dean magazine and it has been a hit with everyone who has tried it. Its so moist and tasty... and super easy to make!

And yes, you can use diet Mountain Dew... thats what we do.

Tiramisu is an uber-decadent Italian dessert made with lady fingers, a soft cream cheese filling, topped with powdered cocoa and/or espresso. About 8 billion calories per bite!

Also one of my faves; others include: chocolate cream pie, key lime pie, red velvet cake, devil's food cake and really good ice cream.
