    Sirrahbed, my friend!
    Your syllabic perfection
    Garners my applause.

    Light pitter-patter
Like spring rain on a rooftop
    From inside the box.

    I don’t ask much, Barl.
But I’d sooner scoop than scrub.
    So SQUAT when you pee!!!!

    Ahem...sorry. I'll stop now.

    DO(ugh)!

    Human loaf of bread
kneaded with love, nails and care.
    Rises with the sun.

    I meow loudly.
Rich did not send any treats.
    That's what Tigris says.

    "The check's in the mail!"
    It IS the standard answer-
    But Rich will comply!

Kat sprawled across the lap. Heavy.
Must put lap cloth across legs
    To save skin from claws
    While he kneads bisquits
    Can't move him, too comfy
Will be late to work again

    What a great weekend
I ate, slept - shared a book with
    my eclectic cat.

    I love to read books
    I wonder what Richard read--
    Would he care to share?

    I love when cats rub
book's corners with cheeks of love-
    approving my choice!

    A book is a joy
best shared with only a cat-
    to warm your cold feet.

    I turn the pages
    Enthralled by the suspenses-
    And lulled by cat purrs.

    Soon drowsy I grow
    a bookmark long forgotten-
    Dawn will claim my place!
