I have been here several times and haven't been able to post. I just feel like I can't find the right words and I still can't. This is so very very sad.

My deepest sympathies go out to Randi and the rest of John's family. I wish I had some words to comfort you all. You are all in my thoughts.

    Rest In Peace, John.

    I’m in total shock.
Jonza just posted a funny joke about a week ago and I always enjoyed his posts.
Randy, my heart goes out to you.

My deepest sympathy to you and your family.

Thanks to BCBlondie for this great signature!

    {{{Randi and family}}}

Last night I was driving home from a meeting and saw a shooting star ... they are pretty rare around here because of all the light pollution. I was thinking of John/Jonza and how much excitement his presence is bringing to the Rainbow Bridge...

I am not sure if it is appropiate to post or not as I am pretty new here and never had a chance to get to know John (Jonza) but it is pretty clear from all the posts that this was a caring and influential member of this "community". My sincerest regards to you, Randi, and anyone else here touched by John.

I'm just now seeing this and want to express my deepest sympathies. I'm so sorry to read this.
Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) is a full management plan in which stray and feral cats already living outdoors in cities, towns, and rural areas are humanely trapped, then evaluated, vaccinated, and sterilized by veterinarians. Kittens and tame cats are adopted into good homes. Healthy adult cats too wild to be adopted are returned to their familiar habitat under the lifelong care of volunteers

We are left with a tremendous ache and know that it is so dim in comparison to what you must be feeling. Please lean on friends, family, and each other for comfort. Of course we will be here to support you, too.

    Rest peacefully, John, rest peacefully.

Zippy-Kat summed up the thoughts and feelings well of the PT community. I couldn't have said it better.

I'm so sorry for your loss!

My sincerest condolences to you and your Randi.

    Beautiful forms
as I walk along the seashore
    gulls call to distract
    as the wind blows
shells have washed upon the shore
    gently rolling in the sand
    empty of life

    I pick one up
and hold it close to my ear
    and there is only wind
    filling my head
    no answers
to where the life has gone
    waves break
and the sand shifts beneath my feet
