What a wonderful story, though incomplete - it doesn't say how the second woman found her, or where, and how she got in touch with her original owners - was she microchipped, or how did that transpire?

I'm so happy for the dog and her original owners. I agree with Karen that there are some unanswered questions.

They still don't know how the dog traveled so far from home, but the people who ultimately found Leia
took her to the Vet where they discovered she had a chip & she was traced back to the shelter were she had
been adopted from, etc, etc.
