    Welcome again to the East, Richard - weather a little variable for you spoiled California folks? We didn't get the snow, no surprise with the way this season has gone, but we did get plenty of rain, so much that the ground, which had been parched, can't even really absorb it all, walking on the grass splashes!

    We had rain (thank the Lord - we needed it), snow in the western part of the state (8"!! In April!!).

    Today was a fabulously warm day. I think we topped out at 25oC. Very nice indeed. I'd love an iced tea please.
