Other than the OOODLES of tiny kittens, we also have sick kittens (listed below), special needs cats, and larger kittens ready for adoption.
Please forward to all of your kitty friends! They really will not make it without YOU!

Kittens in Need of Immediate Rescue!

On a similar note, ACCT is now completely inundated with cats and kittens and we have NO SPACE. Every morning and night cats and kittens are being euthanized simply due to lack of space. There are 28 cages in ACCT's primary maternity room. A second small maternity room was opened with 9 cages, to treat litters with Upper Respiratory Infections (URI/colds), but we are now at the point where we have so many healthy kittens arriving at the shelter (we’re at almost 40 litters today alone!) that we are faced with the decision to close the smaller maternity room and euthanize any URI/sick kittens because we have nowhere to put all the healthy litters. This change will be happening in the next couple of days, so if you have any foster homes that are able to help take any litters to alleviate the overcrowding, please get in touch! We are often able to assist with transport so please don't let the drive down here be a barrier!

Please direct any questions about these changes to Natalie at [email protected]

The following kittens left in our ISO Maternity that need to find foster/rescue IMMEDIATELY!

Dino (AC02286) is getting lonely living here in the shelter all by himself! He is a 6-week-old kitten that was found as a stray. He has a fuzzy, black and white coat. Dino could really use some TLC! He has caught a cold living here in the shelter and just needs some antibiotics to get him feeling better. Can you help him out? Photos at:

Riley (A10817652) is an adorable orange and white tabby, female kitten. She is around 6-8 weeks old. Riley is so sweet and loves to get scratches! She is getting lonely here in the shelter all by herself. Come foster this girl today! Photos at:

Check out this adorable pair of cuties (A10834788)! This pair of sister kittens were found as strays. They are around 6-8 weeks old. There is a tuxedo and a cute little tortie. They are almost just big enough to find their forever homes but now they are stuck here with kitten colds. Along with a case of the sniffles, both girls are underweight and could really use some TLC. They are sweethearts and deserve a chance to find their forever homes! Photos at:

This litter of 4 kittens (A10832221) was found abandoned in ACCT’s front lobby! They are around 6 weeks old and they are super cute! There are 2 orange tabby males and 2 tortie females. They have kitty colds and could really use a foster friend to help them get better. They are so playful and are really looking forward to finding their forever homes once they are feeling better! Check out this playful bunch (A10835618)! These 4 kittens were found abandoned with no one to care for them. They are around 5-6 weeks old. There is a tabby female and she has 3 brothers – 2 orange/white tabbies and a black and white kitten. They were having so much fun playing in their cage but they need a much better place to get better and grow up. Can you help this adorable litter out? Photos at:

Christmas (A10730152) is a gorgeous dilute calico momma cat. She is around 3-5 years old. She was surrendered to the shelter with her 2 kittens because her owners could no longer afford to keep Christmas and her family. She has 2 kittens that are around 6 weeks old. She has a tuxedo male and a calico female kitten. Can you give Christmas and her babies the home they deserve? Photos at:

    SPECIAL NEEDS

Check out this adorable litter of 3 kittens (A10852913)! They are around 6-8 weeks old and they were found as strays living out on the streets. They are super cute! There are 2 grey and white kittens and a grey tabby. Two of the kittens were found to have deformities of their back right leg. They are missing a part of their leg and they hobble around on their little stumps. They get around really well! Can you give these cuties the TLC they need and help them find their forever homes. Sassy (10858176) is an amazing momma cat! She is a 6-12 month old calico girl that was found as a stray. She has taken great care of her 3 kittens despite her special needs. Sassy has CH and she is quite wobbly when she walks! She loves attention and was falling over backwards just to get some scratches. She has 3 kittens that are around 6 weeks old. She has a black, grey and white, and an orange tabby kitten. Sassy will need a foster home that understands her special needs and can give her the best care she can get! Photos at:

Check out this special girl! Little Bits (A10856598) is a 1-2 year old mostly white cat with black markings. She has gorgeous blue eyes too! She is a petite girl and only weighs 4 pounds. She was surrendered to ACCT because her owners were moving and could not take her with them. Little Bits was born with a deformity of her right front paw. She looks like a flamingo! Despite this deformity, Little Bits gets around just fine. She also is missing her tail, which makes her look even more adorable! She has lived with children and other cats in her previous home. Her owners said that she is also litter trained. Do you have room in your heart for this special girl? Photos at:

Our shelter is terribly overcrowded, but I'll find room for Dino, Riley, Little Bits and any of the sick kittens if somebody can get 'em here.
Contact Kimm at Cat Ladies Society in Youngstown, Ohio.

I'll take that cerebellar mom and her gang, too.
