    Catnip, before and after Abner

    As most of you know I added to my cat garden this last weekend. I planted 6 new catnip plants in addition to the catmint plant that I have for the babies.

    Well, I came home from work last night to find Abner in the kitty garden. He was having lots of fun....

    This is the "nip" plant before Abner.



    Abner having the time of his life......




    This is what is know in the plant world as the "Abner Effect"....poor plant.

    And not to worry, even though it looks like the plant is done for, it'll spring right back up again with a little water and sunlight. That's the beauty of catnip.
