    I asked My Found Cats ^^ and they say that that Cat is not lazy at all!
    There was not all that much food in the dish, and that no amount of food is worth fighting with a gull over and risk getting bitten.
    Besides he has a Guradian who will see that empty dish and will fill it up, no fuss , no bother
    And he loook like a generous Cat , maybe he likes sharing with other Creatures of Our Lord God.:love
